The PH1-12R-03 from Soleus Air keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer with its 4-in-1 technology. The heat pump puts out 12,200 BTUs of heat while using less power than traditional heating methods. The AC mode has 10,000 BTUs of cooling power and it vents the hot air to the outside so it's not being fed back into the room and making it work harder. Fan and dehumidify modes will keep air moving so the room doesn't feel stagnant. The 65 pint dehumidifier will also slightly cool the room. Auto mode will keep the room between 68° and 73° F using the heater or cooler as necessary. A multi colored control panel lets you know at a glance what's going on with the unit.
